We do not support or accept any form of plagiarism or cheating, and we will not tolerate it. Our company offers test preparation in the form of past papers and preparation for topics covered in lectures. We are unable to provide assistance or help instantly during the exam.

  • Our mission is to offer students assistance in their academic pursuits of the highest possible caliber. We have high regard for the patronage of our business. We have developed a code of conduct to deliver the highest possible level of service to all of our customers. The official terms and conditions of our service are listed below.
  • The customer is responsible for providing us access to receive the login code (if it is required), which may be sent through an email forwarder, a text message, or the app. If this cannot be accomplished, we will not be responsible for any mistakes that may have been caused by using a login code to access the book.

  • The company is not responsible for any physical or digital materials that are submitted to an academic institution. This includes any compulsory in-person appearances as well as any video, audio, or photographic evidence.
  • Suppose the customer fails to provide the required information to the institution, such as login credentials, course materials, and so on, or fails to submit any work or documents to the institute. In that case, the company will not be held liable. This includes situations in which the customer fails to use the appropriate equipment, has insufficient internet speed (at least 50Mbps), fails to use our learning notes, and misses an exam after using them.
  • The company is not responsible for any technical problems, whether phone-related, electronic, hardware- or software-related, network-related, Internet-related, email-related, or computer-related, that may have occurred prior to or during the exam; our sole responsibility is the preparation for the exam.
  • Even if the customer is on the road, they are expected to maintain contact with the customer care team so they may receive updates and keep tabs on the situation's development.
  • Any order placed on Friday or over the weekend will not be processed until Monday. It is because the consultant must first verify that no critical deadline will be missed.
  • Suppose a textbook is necessary for the student to finish the course successfully. In that case, the customer is responsible for obtaining a softcopy or electronic copy of the textbook and providing it to us. In addition, if the book is sold online, we can make the purchase for the customer on their behalf.
  • There will be a cost associated with this. In addition, if the book is only published in hardcover form, the purchaser will be expected to send photographs of the relevant pages in response to the consultant's request for such evidence. If the appropriate textbook cannot be obtained, the company will not be held liable if the notes for an assignment do not meet the standards set by the instructor.
